Terms & Conditions

These are the house rules for Sunday Saloon (aistudioapp.in). Using the shop means you agree to them. They are short on purpose — read them once.

The service

Sunday Saloon generates AI haircut portraits from photos you provide. Your first cut is free; further cuts are bought in packs at the membership counter. A "cut" is one generation. Cuts never expire, and they belong to the Google account that bought them — they cannot be transferred.

Your part

• Only use photos you have the right to use — yourself, or someone who has genuinely said yes. Do not put other people in the chair without their consent.
• Nothing unlawful, hateful or explicit — in photos, captions or anywhere else. We may remove content and close accounts that break this, without refund.
• One account per person, and no poking at the service's guards (rate limits, allowances, payments).

Your content

Your photos and portraits are yours. By posting a portrait to the Elite Club wall you give us permission to display it publicly on the site until you take it down — which you can do at any time. We claim no other rights over your images.

The AI, honestly

Portraits are machine-generated. They are usually delightful and occasionally odd; a likeness is aimed for, never guaranteed. A generation that fails outright does not cost you a cut — it is returned automatically. Taste disagreements with the barber are not failures.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds and cancellations are covered by the refund policy; delivery of what you bought is covered by the delivery policy.

Our limits

The shop is provided as-is. We work to keep it up and honest, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We may change prices or features; cuts already bought stay valid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go first to a friendly email — contact us — and failing that, to the courts of India.
