These Terms govern your use of the AI Studio App application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AI Studio App lets you upload a base portrait image and generate AI transformed hairstyle previews and humorous meme images. Outputs are for personal, non commercial use unless you obtain written permission.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, harassment or policy violations.

3. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, defamatory, hateful or sexually explicit prompts.
• No attempts to impersonate public figures for deception.
• No automated scraping or rate abuse.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

• Free plan: 3 total images (any mix of hair or memes).
• Pro plan: 30 images / month. Premium: 90 images / month.
• Credits reset monthly based on your billing cycle timestamp.
• Unused credits do not roll over.
• Downgrading applies next cycle; no partial refunds for unused time.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorize recurring billing until cancellation. Taxes may apply based on jurisdiction.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your uploaded photo(s).
• We grant you a personal license to use generated images.
• Underlying software, branding and UI remain our property.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

Outputs may be imperfect, stylized or contain artifacts. Do not rely on them for medical, legal or identity purposes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

11. Changes

We may update Terms; material changes will be announced via in app notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
