Sunday Saloon sells nothing physical. There are no parcels, no couriers, no tracking numbers — the only thing that ships is a haircut, and it ships at the speed of light.

What you buy, and how it arrives

A purchase at the membership counter buys cuts — credits your account spends on AI haircut portraits. The moment Razorpay confirms your payment, the cuts are credited to the Google account you were signed in with. This normally takes a few seconds, and your balance on the membership page updates by itself, without a refresh.

Delivery of portraits

Each portrait is generated on demand and appears in your browser, usually within a minute of asking. It is also saved to your private My cuts page, where you can download it any time. Nothing is delivered anywhere else, to anyone else.

If the credit does not appear

In the rare case a confirmed payment has not shown up in your balance within a few minutes, the credit is queued rather than lost — see the refund policy, and write to automations@ecomvest.io if it has not arrived within 24 hours. You will get the cuts or your money back, whichever you prefer.

Service area

The shop is open to anyone on the internet; payments are taken in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay's supported methods — UPI, cards and netbanking.
