Privacy Policy

This page says, in plain words, what Sunday Saloon (aistudioapp.in) knows about you and what happens to it. The short version: we keep as little as the shop needs to run, your photos are only ever used to make the portrait you asked for, and nothing is sold to anyone.

What we collect

• Your Google account basics. Signing in shares your name, email address and profile picture with us via Firebase Authentication. We use them to run your account and label your cuts.
• The photos you choose. A snapshot you take or upload is sent, over an encrypted connection, to Google's Gemini image model to generate your portrait. The snapshot itself is not kept on our servers — what is kept is the result: portraits saved to your private My cuts, and anything you choose to post to the public wall.
• Usage counts. How many cuts you have used and bought, so your allowance works.
• Payment records. When you buy cuts, Razorpay processes the payment. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details — we store only the order id, the pack, the amount and whether it was paid.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your data. To anyone. Ever.
• Touch your camera without you opening it.
• Generate anything from a photo you did not choose yourself.
• Use your photos to train models or for anything but your cut.

Who else is involved

Three services do the heavy lifting, each seeing only what its job requires: Google Firebase (sign-in, database, file storage, hosting), Google Gemini API (the image generation itself, governed by Google's API terms), and Razorpay (payments, governed by Razorpay's privacy policy).

What is public

Only what you put there: posting a portrait to the Elite Club wall publishes that image, your name and your avatar until you remove it. Everything else — your private cuts, your usage, your email — is visible only to you and to us.

Your controls

• Remove any wall post of yours, any time, from the wall itself.
• Delete any saved cut from My cuts.
• Want your account and everything under it erased? Email automations@ecomvest.io from the address you signed in with, and it will be done within 30 days.

Children

Sunday Saloon is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep their data. If a child has used the shop, write to us and we will delete the account.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes with it. Questions? Contact us.
