Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds are handled for AI Studio App.

1. Free Plan

The free plan is provided "as is" with 3 complimentary images. No payment, no refunds.

2. Paid Subscriptions (Pro / Premium)

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly).
• You may cancel any time; access remains until the current period ends.
• Cancellation prevents the next charge; it does not retroactively refund the current cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Accidental duplicate charge: Eligible upon verification.
• Technical failure preventing any generation during cycle: Case-by-case review.
• Change of mind / unused credits: Not refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email aigirlagent@gmail.com with your account email and Razorpay payment ID.
2. Explain the issue succinctly (attach screenshots if relevant).
3. We respond within 5–7 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first; initiating an unwarranted chargeback may lead to account suspension.

6. Modifications

We may refine this policy over time. Updated versions supersede prior statements.
