AI Studio App ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI powered platform for generating hairstyle previews and humorous meme images from user supplied photos. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

• Account Data: Email, display name, profile photo (from Google sign in).
• Base Image: The portrait photo you upload for hairstyle and meme generation. Stored in Firebase Storage under your user ID.
• Generated Assets: Resulting hairstyle or meme images plus metadata (style, color, prompt).
• Usage & Credits: Counts of images generated, subscription tier, timestamps.
• Analytics & Logs: Lightweight event and error logs (non sensitive) to improve reliability.

2. How We Use Data

• Provide hairstyle & meme generation services.
• Maintain ordering, history and credit accounting.
• Display your generated images back to you.
• Prevent abuse, enforce limits and improve model prompts.
• Send essential service notices (e.g. subscription or plan changes).

3. AI Processing

Your base image is transmitted to an AI model provider (e.g. Google Gemini) only for the purpose of generating requested transformations. We do not sell or re share your facial data. We do not use your images to train our own models.

4. Storage & Retention

• Base image and generated outputs remain until you delete them or request account deletion.
• Inactive free accounts may have images purged after prolonged inactivity (>180 days).
• Backups may persist for up to 30 days after deletion for disaster recovery.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

• No sale of personal data.
• Limited infrastructure vendors: Firebase (auth, storage, database), AI model provider.
• Law enforcement requests only if legally required.

6. Security

We use Firebase managed security, authenticated rules, HTTPS transport and least privilege access. No payment card data is stored by us directly (Razorpay handles payment instruments).

7. Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. We store plan tier, credit counts and Razorpay transaction references but not card / UPI credentials.

8. Your Rights

• Access / export your generated images.
• Delete base image or individual assets.
• Request full account deletion (removes profile, images, metadata).

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn of data collected from a minor without consent we will delete it.
